Celebrated its 25th Anniversary.
Organized the Fifth Annual National Canada-Hong Kong Business Forum in Vancouver with over 470 participants, including Keynote Speakers His Excellency Lijun Lan, Ambassador of People's Republic of China to Canada, and Mr. John Tsang, JP, Financial Secretary of the HKSAR Government.
This forum won the "Best Conference Award" by the BC Event Industry and also the "Best Initiative Award" by the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide. |

Organized the Fourth Annual National Canada-Hong Kong Business Forum in Edmonton with over 300 participants.
Led the largest delegation to join the Hong Kong Forum and won the Best Attendance Award. |

Organized the Second Annual National Canada-Hong Kong Business Forum in Winnipeg.

HKCBA led in establishing the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide; Maxwell Brotman, the National Chair of the HKCBA, elected as first chairman of the Federation. |

Participated in the Pacific Rim Forum organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, which brought together seven Pacific Rim Hong Kong Associations (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hawaii, Southern and Northern California and Canada). |
