Helen ZHOU
With over 20 years of experience across accounting, banking, and international economic development, she has held roles with Ernst & Young, Scotiabank, British Columbia’s investment attraction agency and the Canadian Embassy. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and government stakeholders to facilitate cross-border investment and support the global expansion of innovative and impact businesses.
She is recognized as a Business in Vancouver Forty Under 40 and has represented Canada at global entrepreneurship forums including the Alibaba Global Conference on Women and Entrepreneurship and the G20 Young Entrepreneurs' Alliance Summit.
Beyond her professional work, she is deeply committed to strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem. She serves as a board member, mentor, competition judge, and speaker, supporting founders through organizations such as Spring Activator, Futurpreneur Canada, TD Bank, Vancouver Startup Week, and University of British Columbia.
She is also an impact investor supporting women-led ventures through Spring Activator’s Women-Led Impact Investor Challenge and Pyfera Capital.
